The launch of Pasir Ris had sold 415units out of 487units. The prices ranges from $1400psf to $2000psf, the average price was $1600psf. A unit 2 bedroom of 710sf was sold at $1.5 million (2000psf). There was six round of price increase.

The top bid for the EC plot in Tampines Street 62 was lodge by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction at $422 million, or $659 per plot ratio(psf ppr). The developer would have to launch the future project at above $1,250psf.
The top bid for the Lentor site was Guocoland with an offer of $784.1million which expected to yield 605 units. These translate to land cost of $$1,204psf. The future launch price will be from $1,950psf to $2,000psf.
